Release: Pryda - Layers

Eric Prydz, now releasing songs under the name Pryda, is one who really needs no introduction.  Well-versed in the world of progressive house, he continues to show why he's been around for so long.  Release after release he continues to put out solid tracks and we've been pumped for this to drop for the past few weeks.  Sampling from the DK8 song "Murder was the Bass", this is about as solid of a progressive track as we could hope for from the established producer.  With plenty more to come from the experienced Swede and his labels, he caught our attention again (as if we ever lost it).

Sunday Funday

Since we were streaming UMF Korea all weekend, it only seems fair that we do our weekly free songs post today.  There's plenty of variety like usual and our pick this week comes from the Prototypes.  Always managing to deliver high octane tracks, their VIP mix is no different.  Energetic and bass driven, the British duo shows us they're only getting started and we're pumped about it.

TRACKLIST:

First up comes a really fun moomba track by up and coming fifteen-year-old D-DOTS
EDITOR'S PICK: The Prototypes are back with a high powered VIP mix of their track "Suffocate"
Dim Mak gives us a free track electro track from Felix Cartal entitled "Katsu"
Dino Safari brings us a smooth glitch hop remix of "Inside" by Atlas
Tut Tut Child combines swing with bass to create a really original track "Juice Joint and Junk"
Slander gives the Calvin Harris track "Awooga" a trap remodeling that hits hard

UMF Korea: Day One

It's that time again, UMF Korea! While that may be halfway around the world from us, we're still pumped to watch UMFTV's incredible live stream once again.  Wherever you're tuning in from, be sure to check out the broadcast until noon (EDT) and then check out the rebroadcast shortly afterwards. They are currently airing Kaskade's set (which wasn't supposed to happen) so we're not sure if the rest of the lineup will remain the same but we're still pleased so enjoy!

Broadcast: 7pm - 1am (KST) / 6am - 12p (EDT)

Rebroadcast: 2am - 8am (KST) / 1p - 7p (EDT)

Ummet Ozcan & DJ Ghost - Airport

Ummet Ozcan recently teamed up with W&W for "The Code", a song that has been tearing up dance floors for months now.  His newest collaboration for Spinnin' Records is with DJ Ghost, and it has potential to be just as deadly of a hit.  Fast paced and energetic from start to finish, this high powered electro track reaches our expectations and gives us a great deal to look forward to from both of these artists.

Rick Mitchells - Jinxed

Armada Music encompasses a huge portion of the trance and progressive world and W&W's subdivision, Mainstage Music, showcases why they are just so successful.  Their newest release, out yesterday, comes from Dutch producer Rick Mitchells.  A great progressive house track with elements of trance gives this track an edge to make it one you'll want to listen to over and over.  Solid chord progressions and bass-heavy drops make "Jinxed" a powerful tune that is anything but that.  Check it out!

New World Punx - Romper

What happens when Markus Schulz and Ferry Corsten decide to team up for a new project?  You get the recently formed New World Punx.  There's few things that get us more excited than when two artists of their magnitude decide to put out music under a new alias.  The duo officially launched as NWP in March and now that we're finally getting a studio version of "Romper," we're loving it.  And another thing we're loving is that you can get the track for free by clicking the link below and paying with a tweet or a Facebook post, so go grab it!
